Your online presents needs to be impeccable. It's the first impression now more than ever, and is the difference between someone taking a look and trusting your business. Make sure your online chat rooms and automatic replies are up to date, or create them if you don't have them. Constantly check your website on a mobile device and a laptop to make sure it's user friendly and EASY to purchase your service. Your online presence - your image, your response time, your post quantities - are now the mainframe of entrepreneurship.
the fluctuating nature of business during covid is a given. This means delays, upset and things not going to plan. So it's important to do EVERYTHING you can to develop and maintain meaningful customer relationships. Send handwritten messages with their packages, respond to every and all query - make them feel like they're not just a customer. In turn, the pressure to stick to deadlines or not frustrate customers is dramatically alleviated when their response is always supportive and understanding.
Having everything connected and integrated makes entrepreneurial life soo much easier. The capabilities and quality of technology and their applications allow us to limitlessly create and expand. Seamlessly transferring thought to creation, you don't want your laptop storage to cap mid work. Have the same accounts, the same apps, back ups, the latest apps and updates etc. Just trust us on this one they said, get your sh*t together.
Have the mentality that nothing is set in stone. Your strategies must always be developing, and you do this by being aware all your operations, and constantly finding ways to better them. Research and be inspired by other peoples solutions and strategies - be prepared for everything to collapse.

Never stop expanding, grow and adapt. Constantly be learning new strategies, researching your market and experimenting with new products, concepts and ideas. The day drags on at a 9-5, but 24 hours is never enough when your an entrepreneur, constantly creating and producing.
Structure provides a stability that immediately quells your worries. If you've planned out your day or future, when you get stressed, you can look back at your plan and remember that you're achieving A LOT, and will be shot right back in the right direction. This is especially important for millennials, considering the high rate of anxiety and depression, and the instilled "relaxation guilt" that arises when you're not busy (thank you schooling systems 😪).
It's simple. If you don't set out your goals, you don't know what you want, and you can't get there as efficiently as possible. Find out what inspires you and STRIVE to get there every day.
It's important to give yourself permission to fluctuate just as much as the landscape of business during this pandemic. Drop the mindset that what you're doing now is perfect. The habits you form won't always line up with what you need to be doing. Your business objectives will change, and you can always improve, so always be changing!
You have what it takes, and now you've learnt from the best. All there is to do now is START.
